Agafe Saguros, PharmD, APh, BCPS
Dr. Saguros attended pharmacy school at Roseman University in Henderson, Nevada. She completed her PGY-1 at Whiteriver Indian Hospital and PGY-2 in Transitions of Care at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She was previously a Transitions of Care Pharmacist at University of California Los Angeles Medical Center in Santa Monica, California where she implemented transitions of care initiatives and developed a transitions of care IPPE and APPE rotation. She is now starting a new chapter as an inpatient clinical pharmacist at University of Southern California Verdugo Hills Hospital.
Adonia Eskandari, PharmD, BCCCP
Dr. Eskandari earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed a PGY-1 acute care pharmacy residency at NorthBay Healthcare, followed by a PGY-2 residency in critical care at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. He currently practices as a critical care pharmacist at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center, where he primarily provides direct patient care in the medical-surgical intensive care unit. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he serves as a preceptor for student pharmacists from UCSF, UCSD, and UC Irvine, as well as PGY-1 pharmacy residents. He also holds the role of PGY-1 pharmacy residency program coordinator at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center.
Harlan Husted, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, BCPPS
Dr. Husted attended pharmacy school at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He completed a PGY-1 in General Pediatrics at Valley Children's Hospital in Madera, California. He is now a neonatal and pediatric critical care pharmacist at Community Regional Medical Center where he provides inpatient clinical consultations, precepting of student learners, and oversight of clinical and dispensing pharmacy operations for pediatric patients within an adult trauma center.
